Refund policy
At First Essentials, we are pleased to meet our customer's needs, and it is our top priority. We understand that there may be situations when you need to return a product. Please check the return and refund policy for more details on returns and refunds.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your goods to request a return.
Return Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you got it, including tags and original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will email you a return mailing label if your return is accepted. You must download and print information on how and where to send your goods. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free for damaged and defective items. Customers are responsible for non-damaged and non-defective products.
Once your return has arrived and been verified, you will get a refund within 7 working days.
First Essentials reserves the right to refuse returns if a product does not meet the standards of our return policy.

Damages and issues
First Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier and reach out to cs@firstessentialsllc.com. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@firstessentialsllc.com for the return address.
Restocking Fee
12% of the product price.
Refunds
As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Within 7 business days of your original payment method being accepted, you will automatically receive your money back. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may need some time from your bank or credit card company.
